Refund & Exchange Policy for Forte

Thank you for shopping with Forte! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully to understand the terms and process.

General Policy

  • Return Window: You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be logged via our Returns Portal. Items outside the return period will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, with applicable charges.

  • Refund or Replacement: Items must be returned and inspected by us before a refund or replacement is processed.

Conditions for Returns

  • Product Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and fit for resale, with tags still attached and neatly folded in the original packaging. Items that fail to meet these standards will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Careful Handling: When trying on items, please ensure they remain free of marks or stains. Items returned with visible marks or stains will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Opening Packaging: Avoid using scissors or knives to open your package. Damaged items caused by sharp tools will not be eligible for return.

Faulty Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe an item is faulty, please notify us immediately. Only items returned in their original condition and deemed fit for resale will be accepted, unless otherwise agreed due to a reported fault.

How to Return Your Items

Step 1: Start your return by scanning the QR code on the card included in your order or visiting our Returns Portal.

Step 2: Enter your Order Number and Email Address.

Step 3: Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.

Step 4: Choose your preference: Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.

Step 5: Select your preferred courier service and arrange the return shipment. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • UAE return courier rates start from AED50  (13$)

  • International return courier rates start from AED200  (55$)

Processing Time

Your return will be processed within 7 working days of its arrival at our warehouse. Please use a tracked shipping service and avoid contacting us about your return status until the outlined timeframe has passed.
