FREE SHIPPING on orders over AED 200 (approx. $55).
Please note that shipping fees do not include customs duties, which will be charged according to the regulations in your country based on the value of your order.
DELIVERY TO: INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS (UK, USA, EUROPE, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, REST OF THE WORLD)
For all international deliveries, a fixed shipping fee of AED 200 (approx. $55) applies, regardless of destination.
TAXES & DUTIES
- UAE: No additional taxes or duties are applied.
- EUROPE: Import duties and taxes are covered for all European orders.
- Other countries: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes based on their location.
DISPATCH INFO
Orders placed by 2 PM (UAE Time) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be sent on the next working day.
For Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before midday (UAE Time) on the preceding Friday.
Tracking information will be sent via email and SMS if a phone number is provided.
DAMAGED OR OPEN PACKAGES
If your parcel is damaged or opened upon delivery, please do not sign for it. Refuse the parcel or sign it as damaged. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items if the package was accepted without noting the damage.
